At ANCHOR Clinical & Mental Health Services, we provide trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming support for children, adolescents, young adults, families, and school districts throughout Arizona and California.

Clinical Services (Individuals & Families)

1. Trauma-Informed Therapy

We specialize in trauma responses across childhood, adolescence, and adulthood, including:

  • Complex PTSD

  • Emotional dysregulation

  • Attachment wounds

  • Adverse childhood experiences

  • Grief and loss

  • Anxiety, depression, and chronic stress
    Therapy is gentle, paced, and firmly grounded in safety and respect.

2. Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy

For Autism, ADHD, 2e, sensory differences, and identity exploration.
No pathologizing. No “fixing.”
We focus on:

  • strengths-based identity development

3. In-Home Trauma & Behavior Support

Available for early childhood through adolescence.
We observe, assess, support, and coach families in their home environment to reduce:

  • meltdowns

  • anxiety responses

  • school refusal

  • oppositional/avoidant patterns

  • trauma-based behaviors
    This service fills a gap traditional clinics cannot.

Assessment Services

Psychological & Psychoeducational Evaluations

For ADHD, ASD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Learning Disabilities.
Includes:

  • Cognitive testing

  • Academic testing

  • Social-emotional + behavioral assessment

  • Trauma screener integration

  • Adaptive skills

  • Executive functioning

  • Full written report + feedback session
    Insurance-ready or private-pay, depending on need.

Autism Evaluations (Neurodivergent-Affirming)

Masking-aware, trauma-sensitive, and tailored for girls, gifted/2e learners, and older adolescents/adults often missed by earlier systems.

Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)

Expert-level IEE services for districts and families, with specialized experience in:
